I created this widget as I couldn't findatrustworthy widget that worked on gingerbread. This is adataswitch widget that will bring up your accounts and sync ifyoumobile data is on. This way you can disable the backgrounddatawhile before the mobile data is turned on (convenient formeteredplans). This should work with all versions of android, butif youhave issues please let me know. If you like my work pleaseconsiderbuying the donate version, but only after you make sure theitworks. The donate version is exactly the same as this freeversion.Only 2 permissions are required and that is for checkingthebackground data is on or not, and enabling the mobile data(cannotenable or disable background data automatically). I madesure tokeep the permissions down as I know I don't trust a datawidgetthat can read my sd card, contacts, phone info, and/orconnect tothe internet.
